Watch out for the miserable clerk here “Julie”. She’s rude and has no intention nor interest in helping anyway with the most minuscule of transactions. Built in excuse type of attitude and zero people skills. Go to Greenfield or Worcester instead. Stay far far away from this branch

Paul who works here is so rude and has no manners. When he first met he didn't even say hello, he treated his father in an angry tone, and he treated his father like an angry man throughout the exam. During the test he instructed me to return to the RMV, but my father did not remember the way back because the area was unfamiliar. He was angry with his father, and in an angry tone he made his father even more angry. My father was even more nervous and anxious, and watching such a situation from the back seat made me so angry. In such a situation, everyone who comes to the exam will be more nervous and more anxious, and no one will pass the exam. Even after the test, he gave reasons that he did not understand, and he rejected from the test. he said my father wasn't ready yet. But I want to tell him.. Rather, you are neither prepared nor qualified to evaluate anyone.

My brother just had a road test here, and Paul was very rude, made the environment very negative and made a rude comment to me in the back about not speaking, and then threatened to fail him because I said something. Not once did he say to not speak, the first thing he did when he got in the car was ask me a question. made the rest of the drive stressful and hostile for no reason! Paul maybe you should find a nicer way of speaking to people

Don't waste your time coming here. You'll sit in line for 40 minutes to be told you need an appointment which will be booked for next week. Then if you try and book an appointment online you can only book a week ahead meanwhile they are all full. How is someone supposed to buy a car if you block access to this required government service. RMV hours are made to discriminate against anyone working a normal job. So now as a citizen you have a choice, drive a new and freshly inspected safe vehicle or drive the registered but unsafe vehicle which carries less penalties. Glad this was designed to help people.... If this wasn't a government mandated service and was a regular business it would be out of business for the poor service

Is the registry open for seniors on Wednesday
You need $35 for a car inspection and the registration. There are many places in every town so it depends on where you live.
You have to do the appointment online
Hi that what I don't know the answer to it I was there for something else I think you can go online and check the price or call There or call AAA And ask that did my License renewal with them so I didn't have to go to the RMV last year
No. You need a REAL ID.
Yes, I work at a-affordable ins right across from the rmv. A bus does come by. In the am, early afternoon, and last one at 430 pm. Just have to check the schedules online. But yes A bus 100% comes by
You can walk in and ask any questions you want to. Also they have random available appointments when you walk in. They will answer any questions and give you paperwork. Tell security at the door you don't have an appointment but need to ask a question. They'll let you in. I just went 2 Mondays in a row with no appointment and was actually given a a ticket while I was there to clear my issue. Just smile and be nice.
I went there and I told them I didn't and I didn't know you had to and they let me in without a appointment
I honestly went for my drivers license i had tovpay online.I'm not sure if it's the same way here? but when i took my permit i went to AAA by appointment they took my picture i paid in person they gave me a paper with instructions to take at home so i did my permit at home
You should get it within 14days
I believe you have to either call the RMV or go online to notify them of an address change. Then you can decide if you want to pay to have a new ID printed and mailed to you. Go to mass.gov/how-to/change-your-address-with-the-rmv
Spanish
Normally id card is just same as license relabled and in red text. Unless its changed i think you can order online and they will resend same picture. Not 100% sure though as its been a few years for me
Go online to mass.gov/rmv
I know they automatically have it available for you and I believe it would all be included however I would check their website online under road tests. Good luck!
You need an apt for anything
