We have lived here for several years and Olivia Gallagher who is office personnel is sweet kind and professional. She shows true interest in why or what you are calling about. She is very reassuring and helpful with all questions and helps with solutions. There has been major construction going on and she is available through email phone calls and will call you back to reassure you about any question asked. When I request a work order they fix it the same day or the following. We are a large complex and all do the best they can to Keep it a good place to live💜

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They expect you to pay almost $1800 for the townhouses. When they have a rat problem that they won’t do anything about. How many times have I called the office to fix both bathroom lights and dishwasher? They constantly say they will send someone to fix things and don’t ever come by? If your looking to move to one of the townhouses here rethink it, it’s not worth the hype!!

Moving to a new place it’s overwhelming, from the paperwork to the actual furniture carrying its tiresome and can get complicated. But when you find a rental specialist like Olivia here at Whitney Carriage, she is so nice, courteous, her professionalism and dedication made my moving experience so pleasant. From the first day I came looking for an apartment to moving day everything was done prompt, and with a smile to every question or concern I had. she explain everything, the process, The rules, regulations, my rights. Thank you Olivia and the team at Whitney Carriage. Great place to call home.
