Upon entering the building of your of your establishment in laurinburg North Carolina which says Victor on the outside of the building but they only deal with Verizon phones and the lady was in there for an hour I had to wait an hour and then she was still with the same customer after an hour then she asked me what I needed and I told her I wanted to help help me activate my phone and she told me they can't do it because I bought it from Walmart she's incompetent and you need to find somebody that knows how to work with phones at that

Clean store, courteous staff. LaTanya helped upgrade my phone seamlessly. She was patient and caring. I can definitely tell she cares about her customers!

First time I went in they were to busy talking about their up coming lunch to assist. The second time I waited over 45 min. and left , no one even acknowledged they had people waiting. A women up in age had been waiting an hour to pay her bill which she did not get to do because she was tired.
