I called ChemDry Express to clean two couches that my cat had, shall we say, claimed as his own. Our own attempts proved unsuccessful * so I decided to have the professionals take a look. The person they sent was very upfront about the amount of damage, how much product would be needed, and how likely the service was to be successful. He ran the numbers against the cost of buying new, and new was the better option. At no time did he pressure us to try it anyway, and was happy to give us time to think it over. Honest businesses are worth noting. They were willing to forgo a sale because ultimately, it would not have provided what we were hoping for. The next time I need a cleaner, they will be at the top of my list. *I also learned that when you have a pet, don't try to clean upholstery yourself. Our DIY attempts just spread everything out.
