I've lived here for about three years and it was mostly fine. My first year my neighbor smoked in their unit everyday and took months to remove them. The second year we had a roach problem for a few months. For treatment they had me empty my entire kitchen with a days notice on multiple occasions. And on year three they have completely stopped answering my online "contact us" messages and stopped returning my calls. The maintenance people are fine and hey they allow pets. Goodluck

Living here was mostly fine. We didn’t have any bugs like some of the other reviewers, and maintenance was always timely for us. However, there was a neighbor in my building who made me feel incredibly unsafe- threatened us one night for no reason other than her own paranoia, was always screaming at her kids. Their fights could be heard through the whole side of our building. Our building ALWAYS smelled like pot (I respect that it’s legal but I’m sick of people smoking inside. The smell leaves me nauseated and with terrible headaches) and had teenagers hanging out in the hallways and leaving trash in them. The parking situation here is terrible, and with the rise in window break ins in the area it was always a risk. The guest lot was nice if you were close, but too far away from many of the buildings to be convenient. Snow parking bans were a nightmare- one of us would usually have to look at the weather and leave our car at someone else’s house if we weren’t home early. However , the absolute worst part was the greedy management company, raising rent over $300 a month over 2 years. NOTHING could justify that, not even inflation. There were no improvements to the community (aside from an Amazon package locker). When you multiply that rent increase by their huge amount of tenants, it’s more than just a “cost increase” - I’m not buying that excuse at all. You are pricing out many of the families that could previously afford to live here. This was not a place people who are swimming in money live. This place is just not worth what they’re charging anymore.

Don’t rent here. This place is beyond disgusting. The maintenance people drive around in golf carts all day spying on people. It takes them forever to fix things. They’ve had multiple infestations of bugs. A lot of the tenants are slobs and don’t pick up there trash. The parking is terrible, most tenants double park on the street. The dumpster/trash area is beyond filthy. They always schedule these “inspections or other things just to gain access in your apt. It’s just an overall bad experience living here. This place is disgusting

They keep rasing the rent with pretty much no improvements to the complex. Nothing for kids to do and people are always speeding up and down the street. Also for the price they charge and continue to raise the rent pretty much yearly even prior to inflation YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH ROACHES YEAR ROUND!!! Save your money rent elsewhere.

Hi Annette, Sorry to hear your friend has had a negative experience. We'd love to hear from her directly so we can address any issues she might be experiencing. Shadia, we do allow residents to paint their apartment, however at move-out they would need to paint it back to the original color or they could be charged a re-paint fee which ordinarily residents are not charged for unless there is need for more than the typical 2 coats of paint.
