We reserved a car for 9am (which is when they open) and when we showed up to pick it up at 9:50am they said they gave it to someone else. A reservation apparently doesn't mean anything at Enterprise. Beware.

I was very impressed with all the young employees working together and being polite with all the customers. Even though there was a small mishap with my rental being ready, they worked very quickly to get me on my way. I will definitely recommend them and will be going back for my next trip.

I made a reservation over a week in advance online, and called to confirm a day ahead of my trip that a car would be available. Confirmation number digitally, and a verbal confirmation over the phone. When I arrived to pick up my car, the doors to the building were locked - during regular business hours. There were multiple people returning cars who were confused since at this location you must return the keys to a staff member. After knocking and walking around the building, one employee came out and took the keys from folks returning, and told me no cars are available. They had already let someone else rent the car I had reserved, and they were unable to offer either car being returned because they can't be cleaned until Monday. Even then, they may not be available for me. I left disappointed and carless. Absolutely would not recommend.
