I would never even send my worse enemy's. The first time this lady didn't know what she was doing pulls one tooth and mean while cuts my cheek I have a big scar in my mouth. Second time I go because some one told me the guy is the best well I told him everything explained everything that needs to be done I felt relieved I was actually excited some one knew what they were doing well today I go he sends the lady in I said were is dr rahul malik she said she was doing my root canals the doctor lied to me he came in and laughed at me he wouldn't even talk to me place so he kept laughing. Ace dental is quite possibly the worst dentist on the south shore. After months of trying to get into weymouth endodontics for a referral that was given to me in December, I finally reached out for assistance and even possibly a new referral. The Weymouth manager Luana was rude and completely dismissed me during this phone call. I asked for a solution as the dentist who works on my teeth is now at a new location. An update or proper communication would have sufficed. I was told I basically need to call the Brockton office to solve the issue. Why would I need to call the Brockton office if I never go there? I am not traveling out of my way for a referral that could easily be fixed over the phone. The customer service at this dentist is absurd and do not expect an answer to any solutions. The communication with this company has always been lacking. I would not recommend this place unless you’d like to play phone tag with no solutions and a rude manager. After contacting the Brockton office multiple times after this phone call, thee Brockton branch did not answer. Awful business.
