Roaches, bad management, roaches in laundry area, management constantly changing, no security, excessive loitering, unsafe, fights, shootings, maintenance comes unnanounced, very very dirty environment, break ins, the newest management will pretend to care initially but behind closed doors does not care and will not take care of most issues. Especially regarding pests.... Pest control will tell you the of the terrible history of the place and she sits in denial. Don't do it.
