They’re very busy! But if you go with that in mind and a little patience they get you taken care of! Had to stop here during a road trip for on oil change and they took good care of me. Gary was my service advisor and was great to work with.

Auto mall is an excellent idea. Lots of vehicles for comparison. Because of the competition the vehicls are priced fairly. If I were looking for a nrw car or truck this is where I would go.

We were contacted by future Ford for "top dollar" for 1 of our vehicles so we came in to meet with Thomas on the holiday weekend who never responded to the multiple pages over the intercom that we had arrived and been waiting for 45 minutes. Finally Adrien came and greeted us and started to assist us. He looked at 1 of our vehicles and I mentioned our other vehicle so he looked at that as well. No qualms with him as he was personable and professional. He went inside and came back with offers on both vehicles. (Very low ball) we decline both offers because it was definitely not the top dollar which is what brought us in in the 1st place. Afterwards as we are walking out frank stops us and says to give him 5 minutes and he will give us better offers. 5 minutes turned into 2 more hours and yet we did not have any new offers. Once again I declined because at that point myself and my other half were very irritated and felt we were deceived into coming into Ford that day. We didn't call them, they called us. After I arrived at home the sales manager called me and then made an offer that was amazing. Unfortunately I turned it down. As the process already left me feeling sour. Had the same offer been offered while I was there I'm 100% positive I would've accepted and been driving off the lot in a new vehicle.

When I took delivery of my car at Future Ford, the price tag increased by 9,000. in a couple of months time. I was told the price of a car is not locked in even if you put a deposit down, which I did. Beware of placing an order of a car here.

I had two friends bought cads this week 1 2007 and one 2014 both nice. One was bougbt at car lot the other craiglist, no matter where you buy it, its good to check it at a shop. Caddy have alot of electrical and computer parts that can be expensive to fix, which is usually why people sell them. So be careful
