Carpet Wholesalers has been an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I moved into a rental with disgusting carpets the landlord refused to replace. We quoted out a single room at Lowes which was going to be a 4-5 week turnaround and over 1k to replace. Carpet Wholesalers destroyed the quote from Lowes (half the price) and had the carpet installed before I could even get an updated quote from Lowes. Amy at Carpet Wholesalers was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. In fact, we broke the lease on that rental (bad landlord) and went directly to Carpet Wholesalers to redo the floors in a new house we are buying. I would absolutely recommend. Easy to work with, incredibly fast install, and the prices are great!

We always used a lean solution of vinegar and water. But lately, the Bona brand cleaner and polish works really well. Any standing liquid kills hardwood or laminate (Pergo) flooring.
That would depend on how much sanding you need done to effectively repair the surface of the wood. Most wood has a 18 mill thickness. Usually the cost is $1.75 to $2.50 a foot.
To have prospective hardwood floors installed, we prefer to come out and see the floor zones. No charge, so we can placed a name on a face! We don't sell tough because we only want you to move forward with this large investment when you're prepared!
If it has mutiple colors I would pick the color that is less and try and mstch the grout to that.
Simply said, the top layer of the wood is taken off to some degree.
