It’s a okay place to work at if your going to school or as a part time job but if you depend paycheck to paycheck and have bills to pay this isn’t the full time job you want to be at the hours is not consistent their’s some weeks you get allot of hours and their’s weeks you don’t it depends if health care facilities are an a need. Most of the places you get sent to are short staff that’s the reason you work place to place it’s just covering them tell they hire their own employees. One thing you got to look at long term wise is bright star works with allot of other facility’s so if you ever want to work at some other place they won’t hire you because you worked with bright star. It’s not a bad place to work at some people like it because they could choose their schedule what days they want to work unfortunately I have bills to pay and depend on consistent income so it didn’t work out for me. Another thing you have to look at they don’t pay you for gas when they send you somewhere far. This is just an agency this is no place to grow.

I was a client of Bright star care 7/8-/18. I had major spine surgery and when released from the hospital was in need of 24/7 care.Lisbeth a bight stare caregiver was waiting at the home I was going to be staying at convalescing for the ambulance to bring me home. In all I had three different caregivers rotating 12 hour shifts. All 3 were great and invaluable to my road to recovery. I do want to give a shout out to Nick and Lisbeth who were not only on top of my care but made me feel as though they were family. Nick, Lisbeth and Rhona helped me transition from being in the Hospital to being able to go home in Applegate living by my self. I will never forget the care and kindnessI received.

Rona was assigned to me. Rona helped me while I was in Sacramento visiting my son and his family. Rona from the first second started taking care of me. She blended in with like a family member. Rona knew what I needed before I knew. If you are lucky enough to have her in your house you too will fall in love with her. Very gentle but focused enough to be there for you.
