I have had the worst experience ever Ms.Joann Thomas is very Unprofessional also she is one sided. She does care , I called and asked questions involving my process and she was very rude stated that I was harassing her because I wanted a clear understanding I never disrespected her I’m no form. I’m a single mom who is living in a area where I fear for my life and my daughter life I express that to her as well. She basically told me that if I don’t stop harassing her she won’t be able to help me. I didn’t know how to respond but cry. I ask for to speak with someone over her she stated there is no one over top of her. She should be wrote up or resign she is not a professional person and has no respect for ppl.

Im currently beginning the housing share program. For the most part i love it. They are preceded in asking questions to help match clients with home owners. They have other things like; home buying help, a few senior rehab help for their homes, and covid screenings. The staff was wonderful. I look forward to the process.

Like another poster has said this company has the worst tenants I have had the police outside of my home on multiple occasions and I’m not the one calling I spoke to the property manager who I will say was nice and said she will take care of it and low and behold the very next day 5 police cars outside for a man who isn’t even on the lease the police sergeant informed me he can’t do anything contact my HOA etc I mean come on why am I paying taxes and dealing with this
