The folks at Loftus were wonderful! Jess, in particular, was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. We’re selling our home, but needed to replace the carpets before it went on the market. Jess made sure all of the work was completed on time and coordinated with other workers accessing the house. The carpeting looks awesome and the price was great. I wish they were closer to our new home because we would not hesitate to work with them again!
