I enjoyed our stay and the restaurant was very good. Very friendly staff the only negative I would give it is the sand, would like to see gravel in the sites.

Excellent amenities, great staff, the whole family had a blast!

Overall, a positive experience. Negatives are the WiFi. I am embarrassed they even advertise they have it. Totally unusable. They are also in need of some routine maintenance. The putt putt course is barely usable. The basketball and volleyball courts are unusable. If they continue to ignore routine maintenance, the place will soon be a dive. UPDATE: Wow. What a difference new ownership has made. We actually stopped coming here in years past due to problems with the previous owner. This trip we were greeted with friendly smiles and greetings everywhere we went in the resort. Upgrades are being made, though it will take a while to make up for years of neglect. We even had a great meal in the restaurant one evening. Keep up the good work!

The gators are not really around the camp beach, except at night or early in the morning. I do not recommend swimming west if the boat ramp close to the bridge. Gators on this side of the lake are mainly tucked away
You have to call the office for reservations. I stay there and the staff will ask many questions to meet your needs.
Yes, annual contract is $790/month and includes utilities and resort amenities.
Yes there are tent sites or you can get an rob site and put a tent on it if you want the power and water at your site office opens at 10 call with any questions you have
I'm sure the people that work there will help with the boat. And yes the docks are 1st come type deal. Plenty of room.
Only putt putt
There is a Marathon gas station right across the street that sells fishing licenses.
The campsites are about $45 or $50 and it doesn't matter age of children. That includes use of all amenities. I don't know about cabins.
For cabins, All linens, including towels and rags. Also toilet paper, etc. Check the website and it has a list of what you need to bring.
2 hours from ocean, but has a nice beach area on lake moultrie
Only issue with highway is noise. Very safe campground. Our grandchildren love it.
There is no problem for a 32 and a 1/2 foot we have a 36' and have no problems it's a great place Enjoy
If you are staying long term it is 550. Short term is 600. I happen to think it is a lovely little place. Almost all the staff are great. Some of the year round residents are super ! I have been here since January of this year. You are about 4 miles from Santee, which has a few little stores ie Foodlion, IGA, Dollar store and Family Dollar. A few kitchy stores. Restaurants include Cracker Barrell ! You are about 25 minutes to Walmart. I hope this helps.
