I've been smoking Salem Silver 100's for 50 + years. Now they are not burning properly! Pieces of sticks in them and the light keeps falling off! What the heck happened? @ 9.27 a pack! I ashamed to change brands! So disappointed!

I've been a faithful customer only newport box 100s for almost 25 years. My first pack of cigarettes was 2.55. During this pandemic every store in south philly is selling stale cigarettes for 11.95 a pack except for stores like 711 they are 11.95 plus tax. I love this brand, I'm very dissatisfied with my last 29 packs of cigarettes I've purchased over priced and extremely stale.

When I purchase a product I expect consistency, nothing about this is consistent. I understand time changes the color but two in the same package should be the same color! And it was not shelf placement either they were in the shade!

I placed a subscription today with Vuse. (An RJ Reynolds company). I have tried other products but I really like their product! I received my email confirmations for my orders. Check. Additionally I received a confirmation for my subscription. Unfortunately the information within the email belonged to another Vuse customer. I received the other customer’s full home address, their telephone number, the last four of their credit card, and the expiration date. Someone shadier than I may have misused that information. I did the right thing as a consumer and contacted the company. They did take the complaint seriously. But when I requested a callback or confirmation that the issue was taken care of, I was told that is outside of policy. They do not contact their customers. And this was from the management team supervisor. So how do I know that my information is secure? Being an upstanding individual, I called the telephone number of the customer whose information I received in the erroneous email. They were grateful that I contacted them. They further explained that they were trying to cancel their existing subscription, not create a new subscription. Something tells me the Vuse IT systems are a mess! I cannot believe that the only rights I have as a customer of RJ Reynolds is to resort to media and methods outside of their company to resolve such a serious breach of personal information! I am outraged and highly concerned about where my information may have ended up. Hopefully no where or with another upstanding citizen!?!?
