Had a return for my wife that was purchased in July before they changed their return policy to 30 days starting August 1. I politely asked that they give me a refund to my credit card since the purchase was made prior to the policy change but cashier refused and said I could only get store credit. I asked again if there was another option but the cashier was unyielding. Sad that this is a place that only cares about money and not you.
