"only call them if there is an injury" - this is what I was told by VPD. They are understaffed, have no money, and they are hated by a lot of locals. They do not want to respond because no one wants to be the next cop on tv forced to defend themselves from a dumb, potentially dangerous person resisting arrest, etc. The public never gives them the benefit of the doubt so why would they break up a side show, potentially firing their weapon in defense or what appeared to be required defense... the system goes both ways. Strong public support will eeuate to a strong police department. As it stands now the system is broke. City Hall is too dysfunctional to fix it and the locals attitude towards police exasperates the issue. As a couch commander I suggest the VPD starts busting people for small crimes. It will communicate the city is not willing to tolerate anything. For the side shows, back up is needed and very harsh penalties for partakers and attendees. A clear message is needed.

I live 5 blocks from the police station. Some days guys are doing donuts not even 3 blocks away and the police just let them. Literally no traffic police at all in the city. I can’t stand living here much longer.

Vallejo police department is an absolute joke and should be shut down and replaced with an entirely new police force. LT. Park and ofc. Matt mustard should be criminally charged for the mishandling of the "Taken" case. Just another example of why the public has so much mistrust for law enforcement officials.

One of the most incompetent and corrupt police departments in the world. The DOJ needs to do an independent investigation and shut this department down. The people of Vallejo would be more safe without their own police force. Sad and pathetic.

If all the "good" cops don't want to be painted with the same brush, they have to stop defending the ones that are so obviously bad. This only destroys their own credibility.
Because he's white of course and better yet a racist those communities support him
Call an attorney
Scared maybe! Dislike of people
They are all weak individuals no back bone that's why they need a badge and a gun to feel some back bone
I am not surprised!!
No chance too far north and too many white officials in authority
Same thing happened to me. I work in an office in vallejo on a somewhat empty road and a man came in, trespassed and came into the back office where employees are only allowed (huge sign stating that).. and he threatened me and cornered me...he finally left when i called 911...over an hour went by and cops still never showed up so i called the police station angry somewhat yelling begging for help asking why no one has came to help me...i guess the lady just didnt care and hung up on me...as i was literally begging her to send someone to help me...lucky I dont sue the whole police station for that. They finally showed up almost two hours later and told me that "when they find him they will tell him not to do that again".like it was a kid who stole a lollipop from a store.... didnt take a report, ask for my name, or ask if i want to press charges....most unprofessional experience with cops ive ever had...dont feel protected or safe out here what so ever......
You must be at on Georgia st.
72 hrs - driveways may not be blocked for any length of time for any reason except by first responders.
I know that but her friends sister goes to website and found someone that sells i think if it was me i sure wouldn't
Get a bulletproof vest first. Especially if you are around any policeman. They shoot everything that has a heartbeat.
They might do it differently if the Vallejo PD would do anything with the pile of evidence against this loser wannabe.
I A man in a late model, red forerunner or Ford Explorer with a rack was in the alley behind my house at 10pm Wed. Jan. 8.There were about 8 white garbage bags tied to the rack. I thought he was dumping his garbage but now I'm thinking he was looking for information.
You should contact Solano county animal control. It would help if you have a chip or if your dog has a collar with information they can go off of.
also they had a lot of photos Photoshop for the universe is all Photoshop and they pay people to make false statements and it was a funny investigator that wasn't even investigator so these people have have money and a scam the system and a lot of them got a lot of money for the story not being true but he evidence looks like it's true but it's not it's all phony because they trying to get I went into one of the restaurants in North showing a video and they will let me in I was hearing it and sure enough news regarding Nate Jose and Alina. Anyways it's all false if you need to reach me you can reach me at 510-467-7670
Why don't you read the book written by CHP Officer Lyndon Lafferty. It tells about the cover up. I knew Officer Lafferty as he worked at the time with a family member. I think you will find this book very interesting.
Call the non emergency line. (707) 648-4321
Say you were kidnapped they might say it was a hoax but they will come by
IDK for Vallejo (good luckgetting THAT enforced); a fairly common level is 80db at any distance - but if you can't measure it or prove its doing property or bodily harm you're unlikely to get any assistance. [EDIT]: 7 _am_ to 10 _pm_ ?!? I think that's backwards.
Don't call 911. If you can verify it was not towed and impounded, then it's Grand Theft Auto and you can file a crime report, then take it to your insurance company. Meredith is probably right.
There's a link on the VPD website to report abandoned vehicles. They do sweeps a few times a year.
If you mean the guy or girl behind the window named Ericka I'm pretty sure they are just full blown out the closet
Not enough information provided. Is the fence 20 ft high? What im p act does the fence have on your neighbor? Have you obtained a permit for the fence? Is it on the street side or backyard? Your question was terribly vague.
