Ordered living room furniture from @ConnsHomePlus ( Greensboro NC ) location and just trying to figure out why they cancelled my delivery 3 times in 3 weeks ? Without notification. All you get from this company is lies lies lies and broken promises. Terrible customer service! If you need your furniture delivered you might have to rent a U-Haul yourself and drive to there warehouse location and get it yourself. Conn's totally suck ! Wished I can give them a negative star review.

Eli was super helpful. He didnt try to change my mind when i told him my choice other than asking me about my choice to ensure it would meet my needs. The process was super simple and quick. The sales manager brandy was also super nice and helpful in completing the process. I will definitely return and deal with Eli and Brandy on my next purchases.

We caught ours on sale. The sales guy upsaled us to a newer version for the same price. Once all said and done we want from just purchasing a dryer/washer set to a 70' tv, a stand & insurance. The next week the guy quit as we went back for being over charged. Not even 1 month of having the items, our house was broke into & the salesman was with another guy caught on camera. Very shady and not safe for deliveries. Would NOT recommend to purchase and provide address to these people.
