These people are too busy talking about their mamas or someone down the street rather than fast reliable service. My most recent visit was for only an inspection, was told the wait was 4 hours and to drive across town in 4 hours to check back. I will never use them again. Have a scheduling system or something put in place. Plus you are telling me you are so busy you can't squeeze in a 10 minute inspection. You lost the business of three vehicles and any future vehicles we will buy. My visit prior to this last one was for an oil change. Where a 'good old boy' they knew was ushered before three other people waiting including myself. So if you are personal friends here, you get the red carpet treatment, if not, you're screwed.
