Love the wifi lounge. It's big enough to host study groups and super cozy and well maintained. Location is great, people are nice, pool and gym are clean and good quality. Really have zero negatives to this complex, besides the San Diego river path getting dangerous around 6 pm. You'll see people with weapons and drugs around that time, so proceed with caution. However during the day its a beautiful walk!

The only good thing here is the location! It is unsafe, car breaking every week, constant water shut off, HOA doesn’t do ANYTHING for the safety issues, lots of trash people leave outside their units! Packages get stolen often or not delivered because there is no way the carriers can enter the buildings without key and there are no lockers to keep the packages safe. Apartments cheaply made and old, no good maintenance inside or outside the apartments. Very useless HOA

Wonderful walk along the river, far from traffic, behind these buildings. Well maintained, clean, good condition. Alas, guest parking is very limited and even residents park along street.
