If you are not about to die don't go to this Urgent Care. They keep your credit card information and although the Insurance pays 100% for the service, what does the billing department of this facility do? They charge you the double of what the insurance paid. And they charge without even listening to you. I called them multiple times and straight to the voicemail. I was charged $600 for a follow up appointment!!! I checked before going and my Insurance was active and it paid $256. But then they decided to refund the Insurance for a mistake that wasn't mine and charged me the doube. This is such an inhumane system!!!Be your own doctor and don't go to get squeezed by these scumbags. Horrible horrible system!

The male assistant at the reception treated me extremely rude. As soon as I said I have a sore throat, chills, fatigue etc…he said that I was in no urgency to see a doctor and told me to come back another day. I tried to explain to him that my doctor had recommended me I go there to test for strep throat. He than said that I was making this up and that everybody says their doctor recommended to go there. It’s unfortunate that the health system is like this right now. People like him that treat people who are sick with such disrespect and racism, are a shame for all the other health workers who treat people with dignity and are patient. Highly recommend not going to this carewell. It seems that the male assistant is the one that determines what is an emergency and what is not. The receptionists are the ones determining if they will allow to let you see the attending doctor or not.

Went in for a urine test waited 4 hours. Not sure the deal but very poor experience.
