When I received my belongings which were in storage after three years, I didn’t expect my three mattresses to be covered in mold. Despite trying Wayfair, Overstock, Amazon, Walmart, Target, I could not find any full size mattresses (mattress in a box) that could be delivered by Saturday and none in store. It was a Saturday afternoon and it just meant another day or three spent in a hotel with two little ones bored out of their minds instead of moving into our home. I called Mattress Firm and spoke with Gary who was super kind and professional. I explained my dilemma and although he didn’t have any in stock, he suggested that I could pick up the items from their distribution center that was approximately 25 minutes from my location. Gary advised me of my options and made a recommendation which I took. While I was en route, he processed the transaction. Gary saved the day and my frayed nerves! The team at the distribution site are equally awesome. You give them your order number, back up your vehicle, tie down your mattress(es) and whoosh, you’re on your way to fighting with the sleep monsters on your new, clean, affordable mattress.
