I had a great experience buying a new mattress at Mattress Firm. Eric pointed me in the right direction to what I was looking for in a mattress. He was very knowledgeable, explained in detail the differences in mattresses, and didn't do a pressure sale on me. It was a pleasant buying trip.

Mattress firm doesn't carry any flippable mattresses. The industry standard these days is one sided mattresses.
