UPDATE: DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE I bought a car here in January, and from day 1 it’s been an issue I took I back to them to get All that needed to be fixed , fixed and they took 3 weeks to fix my car, also they are unprofessional & give you million run arounds, I again purchased this car in January and they said they would email me the paper work of the purchase when I first left with it , I have yet to receive any paperwork or anything from them and it’s been already about 8 months . Everytime I call they say they will give me a call back and still nothing. My car is now having the same problem again, NICK who sold me the car and claims to be the manager isn’t helping at all to resolve my issue & is trying to leave me with a mess up car that I can’t even drive… REPEAT: DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE !

I sold my car in this place in 06/06/2022. They were supposed to paid off the bank but until.this date they have not. Mike Erickson was the person with I made the deal. He has not answered or returned my calls asking for a solution to this matter which will cause me serious problem.with the bank because I am still responsible for $25.000 debt. Mr Mike Erickson not only took my car and my tittle but also took $9.000. Very unprofessional and tricky place to make business.

Do not go here to purchase no car this dealership won't honor the warranty they sell faulty cars the customer service is the worst in the bronx they take months to get your car properly registered please save yourselves the trouble and don't go to Car factory Expo
