A couple weeks back, I had some complications with my order & Jarrod was quick & efficient in correcting the problem, even going as far as to add a giant cookie & 2 more orders of wings & sent a hand written coupon in the mail; which arrived on the best day, FRIDAY! Had a take out order this evening for two large pizzas. The gentleman estimated me a 20 minute wait. Surely it was right on schedule. Jarrod always has top trained associates and service there always meets expectations. Exceptional! Thanks Jarrod!

Pizza delivery is ALWAYS cold and late and they forget something literally every time. The “supervisor” is incredibly rude and told me I could just shop somewhere else

There is no charge to use the room as long as you are buying food and beverage. You may need to limit to 2 hours though.
Buffet is available Monday-Friday 11:30-1:30 and is $8.75. There is also a great lunch special for $6.99 that is a personal pizza with up to 4 toppings and a salad bar. With both, you get a lunch club card stamped and the 9th lunch is free.
If you mean, "do they offer specials of it's my kid's birthday" then no, I don't think so. But they definitely do have packages for children's birthday parties.
