I've never had a bad experience here. I love just about everything at Fanky's, but the classic box deal at the window is still my favorite. 2 slices of pizza, (the slices a big) a 32 oz soda, and a side of ranch for $10 + tax

Limited Seating. Reservations Required. Tables set far apart. Staff wearing masks. Sterilizing seating areas between reservations. Definitely recommend.

Yes. Tables are distanced, bar stools are in pairs, 6 feet apart.
They don't but there is a delivery service in Chico that probably picks up from them. Might be Ready, Chef Go?
