Terrible service, very attitudey and talk down to customers. Also have the lowest access and knowledge of auto stock. Go to Bayside or Manhattan Dodge for MUCH better service.

Numerous encounters with this dealership over the last few years, each time they’re less helpful than the last. It’s seemingly intentional at this point, for example, our last conversation involved 3 repeated phone calls (disconnected, & otherwise) in which rep was unable to provide a resolution to my concerns so she mentioned she would take down my information and have management give me a call, Great…. She hung up instead. Similar instance way back when I was car shopping and wanted to test drive my now vehicle and everything in between. Consistently incompetent, such a shame.

left request for dodge cargo pro master van on their website. Next day I received a call and they said car is ready. I asked what will be the price, if that’s the same as on website, they said come over it will cost you $32k. I showed up in their dealership 30min later. They made me wait and then provided me with a cash price of $44k plus because market is hot. Such a waste of time. Why did you lie to me over the phone?? I would give zero stars to these guys if I could.

My suggestion is go elsewhere. This dealer likes to play games and waste people's time. They slso price gouge.
