**EDIT** I changed to one star.... driver pulls up thinks about it, then DOES NOT PICK the can up.. Why cant these people get their stuff together?? Easy to get service started after I bought the house.. But 2 weeks later they came and took the garbage cans. And guess what cant get a hold of them on Saturday. Communication within this company obviously isnt very good.

It happened once, but TWICE! I went to get my trash can at the front and my trash can is still full with trash. Are they purposely doing that or what? It's a new month, and our trash been missed twice already this month. I am not happy about this right now

Called customer service for questions about my $225 (really $275 but they credited my 50$ deposit to my account) bill and got a lady who had a whole attitude! If I would have been informed I would have to pay 2 delivery fees for 2 cans delivered in the same day from the same truck I wouldn't have had to call to question why I was charged twice! To be quoted one price and charged another is ridiculous!

Throw in trash I don't know of any where that recycle them
Recycling gets picked up every other week. If you've not sure you can put it out on your next service day to be safe. Or call the # and report it as a missed pick up if it's full and it will be serviced within a day or 2

Christmas trees will be picked up as soon as they get to your area. Not sure of a time frame but we have a truck going around picking them up.
Google republic services and you will find a number to call. Call them and they will get everything set up for you.
