I had 2 different experiences at this store. On June 11th I went to get a internet modem and was very well supported with a very friendly worker. Yesterday I went to return the modem (what I was wrongly advised by T-Mobile Customer Service) and was poorly received and supported at the store. The workers there really didn't give any attention to my need and didn't want to help me clarify the wrong information I got from Customer Center. I'm no more going at this store. very bad service/experience yesterday. I really lost my time at the store...

I was just in the store about 5 mins ago. I walked in with my husband and not one employee out of 4 working said hello or anything at all. Not one employee said “we’ll be with you in a second” or at least “can you come back later we’re really busy and we hate to have you waiting” but they literally said NOTHING the whole 10 minutes we were in there. We went since my husbands phone is broken. But we are driving to a different location as I type this. Why work in customer service if you have no type of customer service skills? Ridiculous experience.
