I asked whether i could schedule day care for my dog. Although i was initially told they have no size restrictions, once they found out my dog is a pitbull mix, i was immediately rejected. They said they dont accept ‘pitbull type’ dogs at all. Although i didnt ask why, the person at the desk offered a ‘justification’ for their breed specific policy by saying that there have been several incidents’ with pitbull type dogs in the area. Concerning my individual dog, they didnt ask for any evidence of human or dog socialization, certification such as akc good citizen etc., or previous history at other day care centers (we just moved from illinois). They are apparently also not willing to evaluate any individual pitbull type dogs. This blanket policy suggests that they implicitly/explicitly assume that pitbull type dogs are more innately dangerous/unsuitable for play groups etc than similar size/strength dogs. That view is rejected by most dog behaviorists, and is frankly an embarrassing policy to have at this point. So I think is important for a dog lovers and advocates, esp those in the area who have been working hard to rescue fix absurd biases against pitbull type dogs, to know that this place has blanket anti-pitbull policy.

I booked 3 dogs in the beginning of May for the middle of July they put 2 dogs in one kennel and 1 alone got confirmation on it then did a day stay to try it I confirmed when I booked the day stay and again when I picked up the dogs. Then Monday got a call that they have to cancel 2 of the dogs stay for over booking 3 weeks before their stay asked how that could happen and all I was told is over booked. Asked for the manager to call and no one has to explain. Will NEVER recommend this place now I have 3 weeks to find 3 dogs a place for July. So unprofessional for a business.

Visited the pet hotel to understand how they operate. Have not experienced the service as a client but the place is very clean and professionally maintained. Seemed to have some regulars..... Saw them coming in while we were there.

For 5 years I have never had an issue. Until now. They must have hired new people or something, but miss treatment of the animals is unethical. My dog was getting nails done and yelped several times only to be handled roughly. Like, the girl was trying to exert her strength. There was another dog there too for grooming and yelping for help. In the play area, dogs were out of control. Slamming into the walls, displayed rough behavior. There definitely needed to be supervision. Or Better trained supervision. We will NOT be back.
