Very-very disappointed today !!! Do all the work that I can here, thought I was a valued customer, I make their business my priority for all my cars & recommendations - guess I was fooled! Made appointment with owner for work, arrived at appointed time & employee told me an hour wait was needed, it was 4:20, they close in an hour. Told them was there by appointment, the response was “‘Oh well, it is what it is”. The owner was not there, I made two trips for nothing. Understand that walk-ins are subject to ‘first come’ but appointments made by driving miles to make them in person, should be priority. Not a happy customer being rejected & disrespected by staff, wasting trips and time and, quite frankly told to wait till closing time for service while having door closed/lowered in my face.
