I have to give a shout out to the Ingram YMCA of Sanford, NC specifically the swim lessons program and director Chris McLaughin. My son experienced an incident which made his fearful of water and the director, chris informed his staff and the instructors where awesome with him. He was back in the water in no time and is ready for the next season to start! 🥰 they were awesome!

It is not free for seniors.
You could call the branch and ask for the wellness director to see what classes might be appropriate. I'm thinking a gentle yoga or swim class depending on the severity. :)
Yes. You can swim using the designated lines. It's also opened during winter.
The rate is $43 a month for an individual and $70 a month for a family.
