I wish I could give zero stars . Dirty , chaotic , unprofessional. Also had my things stolen after the security guard put it in the “closet”

I had my father go here , THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL FACILITY! The staff are completely rude and they have no idea what they’re doing… they sent my father to the hospital and lied about him having “stroke symptoms” and “early dementia symptoms” and got to the ER and he was completely fine not one sign of any of the things they said he had . Then the doctor at the emergency room called the facility so he can go back and finish his detox and the nurse had the audacity to say they “didn’t think he needed to come back” therefore they send him home. This is suppose to be a 3 month program! This is suppose to be a facility to help with addiction . How are you going to say a month is enough for someone who’s been dealing with addiction for years? ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

When I needed to talk to emergency services they did not help me.

Yes they're there to help you
You would have to call but theres always beds available
This isn't CHL you need to call and ask them
I'm sorry I've never really bought one either whatever store you go to ask there they would know better then anyone
Anytime 24 / 7a
No its not owned by the state its owned by UMass memorial and the teaching hospital it does get funding by DPH which is the state
You would have to call and ask to go in on a sober intake but its much easier to get into Passages if you go to detox at CHL but that means that you would have to give a dirty urine but call them and ask they always have beds available so good luck would have to give them a dirty urine but call and ask cause they almost always have bed's available so good luck to you from an addict in recovery himself
Yes
No it's part of UMass hospital
Outpatient
Go to the Family Health Center. They have a walk in same day appointment and it is highly like you'd get one. The Family Health Center is opposite CHL
Yes, there is.
Yes
You don't need to have insurance to enter detox but you have to be a resident of MA
