Worst post office in the Triad. Can't even call them. Check Google: their office number is the same as their fax number and both are the fax. Not even USPS proper knew that when I called to complain. Think that's an accident? I don't.

This has to be the worst post office in the world. I can not deal with how rude they are. They can never help you, they always have an attitude and they just don’t care. Why haven’t they been fired yet? I’m so confused

I placed an order with a company in which my package has been attempted to be delivered 3 times. The first 2 times, the post office forwarded my package back to the company. The third time, the courier did not attempt to even knock on the door to deliver the package. Instead, the package was returned to the post office. Upon going to pick up the package, we were informed that they could not find it. This has been the same package that has had to been delivered three times and each time there is a “so-called” issue. Obviously, the drivers/carriers have no idea how to do their job and need to be re-trained! I have had to pay for this package to be reshipped to me TWICE and now the third time the package has been lost by the post office. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. How hard is it to knock on a door and confirm that is where the package must be delivered? Twice already my package was marked as unknown address. When the company graciously resent the package under a different name, all of a sudden the address is found however now they’ve lost the package! This is not the first time I’ve had an incident with this post office and there’s lack of training and communication where we are being failed.

Because I don't think you can call them directly anymore. You go through a call center who routes your call.
Ive nrvrr had a letter take thst long ( in the US). DONT FORGET there are different rates/types of podtage tjay WILL affect the delivery
