It is the worst international mail service there is. It took more than two months to take an envelope to Colombia and they returned it, they are very bad in priority shipments.

Lovely and easy service. Cheers to our public service employees working through this pandemic!

Worst mail service ever. Today we got everyone else's mail on the block! Only 2 pieces of mail belong to us! One of the pieces of mail belongs to someone 15 minutes from here. Back in March our income tax papers were delivered to someone else and was never found. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE.

Lie about delivery attempt. I was home and my security footage shows no postal truck near my house. They don't even put the packages far enough under the porch half the time to keep it from getting wet when raining.

I wouldn't recommend you to put your address online, but you can always call the USPS to verify where your mail is being sent to, or held at.

I am waiting for medication in the mail and the website indicates it was delivered yesterday. I did not receive it. I have a feeling it is in a neighborhood mailbox that I do not have access to. Some residents have keys, I do not.

Call the local Post Office and ask if they can contact the mail carrier, this normally leads to the parcel being located... at the very least if it is the same carrier they normally correct it immediately...
