Mailed a package at this location on Jan 31. Plainly wrote my son’s address on their USPS box in the designated area and my return address in the designated area. It’s Feb 18 and package still hasn’t been delivered to Florida. Can’t get any help from calling the number with my tracking number. Agent calls me back and says my package is at the Greensboro distribution center with no destination address. Really? Still have not gotten any resolution. Over $200 worth of clothes for my grandchildren they have lost I guess? But no one will tell me or communicate anything except we are looking into it. If you want something delivered I would go to Fedex.

Birth certificate and copy, driver' license and copy of both sides ( if applicable) and form DS-11. Also 2 passport photos.
