Called to update my good rx info and was rudely cut off by a pharmacy staff member who then proceeded to act like she knew what the issue was without me even being able to fully explain that there was a price discrepancy. I was previously able to update my insurance info over the phone with no issue, so am quite puzzled as to why I now have to come into the store to do this. I usually have my prescriptions delivered, so now I not only have to physically go into the store to update my info, but also have to wait for my prescription to process AGAIN and then be corrected to the right price. Extremley disappointed with the service from this pharmacy, as it seems this could have been taken care of over the phone in advance.

The 2 stars are because it's open 24 hours. As others have stated, this store has gone progressively downhill, due to the pharmacy staff. Before, staff were knowledgeable and helpful. For example, when my insurance stopped covering one of my medications, a staff-person found a discounted rate for it. These new folks working there... Ugh. I have been on the same medication for over a decade. It's been rebranded a bunch of times, never had an issue refilling it though. Today, after getting a notification it was ready for pick-up via the CVS app, when I show up to retrieve it, I'm told I'll need a brand new script, as the drug has a new brand-name. No other changes to the medication, just the name. Huh? So do you need a new script if you opt for the cheaper generic vs. the brand-name as well? Since when? And my license expired, and they told me I would need to renew it before I could pick up my medication. Or send someone else to pick it up. So you'll give my meds to someone else, rather than me, because maybe I was me yesterday, but not today because my license expired?! Will I be required to do some driving while at the CVS?? They never contact my physician regarding med refills, though they claim they do. Pharmacy staff have even reported back responses from my physician's office that I later confirmed never took place. Never get notifications if a medication is out of refills or out of stock, just show up to find it's not there. They refilled a prescription for a rescue inhaler 4 times in two months, though I told them not refill it again unless I requested it. They responded that I was out of refills & that it wouldn't happen again, but a couple weeks later, another inhaler was ready for pick-up! This pharmacy is just a nightmare to deal with. Anyone need an extra inhaler?

Most of people are rude and seem to be so hurried up with their jobs. Never expect any kind explanations from pharmacists. CVS should teach all of pharmacists and staffs as well the very basic concept of customer service. They should earn money by helping their customers have an easy and enjoyable experience with CVS.

what time parking is it free
They're open 24 hrs, but if you're going to be there super early, maybe you should call ahead to make sure the pharmacist can give them then.
