I needed to switch my son's phone service to another vendor and the people at the Tech Desk couldn't be more helpful and patient. I didn't have the account number, but the staff worked around the issue which required a number of phone calls. Their persistence paid off and I really appreciated their efforts. They also went out of their way to test the phone to make sure it was working correctly before we left the store and told me that if I encountered any problems to bring it back.
