I would give negative stars if possible. I had a long weekend planned to visit a child in college which was going to be a considerable amount of driving. I knew my old clunker couldn't handle the miles so a week in advance I went online to book a scheduled date/time to pick up a car directly on route to my destination. Walked in office to find no one, waited about 10 minutes, walked to back door where someone was washing cars and finally noticed me, 5 minutes later a guy came in, same one washing the car. Already very unprofessional. Went through 15 minutes of prep, signing things, insurance details etc, then finally came time to pay. Requiring a $300 deposit on top of the hundreds for rental I hand over my card. Already having checked what cards, accounts were taken I assumed I was almost on my way! So! Because my card didn't have a chip in it they wouldn't take my payment. I'm pretty sure there are still some cards without chips right? 2 out of 3 of mine don't. No matter how hard I tried, asking him to put the numbers in manually, use a different device like the computer, call manager... No. After everything I went through and all the planning I had to leave without a rental, ruining my entire weekend. I was stunned. And of course pretty p'd off. I've never heard of a business not taking your $$ due to the advancement, or not, of a credit card. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Not just the cc stuff but because it was an extremely unprofessional business.

My sister rented a car there this week. The "Needs Service Now" warning was on. It was a new car, and we knew it was just probably needing the oil changed. I was just surprised that they rented it without doing the service first. It's wasn't very clean on the inside either. I guess that they are just really busy.

I have been renting cars from enterprise for the past 8 years and this renter was the worse car I have had. My friends were in the back and it was very. uncomtoable for the two hrs to get there and for the two hrs back. The ties pressure was low and i had to go to another enterprise and then go to a station to get them fixed. a terrible experence, Mary Alston
