There is a sign for pickups via appointment. I did not see a sign for donations

I don't work at the library or the college but I walk there. The library has curbside service and you should call the college and ask.

Proof or residence living in Chatham County or a county that touchs Chatham. For most people its a drivers license but any official peice of mail with name and address and picture ID with name will do.
