A N.C. Board Certified Specialist in Family Law requires that the attorney practice exclusively family law for at least five years, be recommended by peers and judges as someone extremely knowledgeable in the practice area, and pass a specialty bar exam in the area of family law. It is the highest honor bestowed upon a family law attorney. Our office has three attorneys who have received this designation.

We practice exclusively family law and estate planning. Family law entails separation, divorce, domestic violence, custody, child support, property division, and spousal support. Estate planning entails wills, codicils, springing trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills.

We are North Carolina Board Specialist in Family Law and do not offer free consultations. Our rates are consistent with rates of other specialists in the Greater Triangle Area. We do charge flat fees for consultations. Please contact the office for pricing.
