John and his apprentice were prompt, on time, friendly and personable. We needed a new water line installed for our refrigerator. The job only took about 30 minutes to complete, making it very easy to go about my day and have peace of mind knowing the job was done correctly.

Plumber John was great. He came in explained what he was going to do including cost up front. He replaced garbage disposal in about 30 minutes. Explained up keep, warranty, and to call if any issues. Overall great experience and I would used them again!

I called Roto Rooter for a drain I couldn’t unclog, despite spending hours on it with a drain snake. The two gentlemen that came out ended up replacing a galvanized steel pipe spanning two floors with PVC, and made the fittings much easier to reach. The price was very reasonable but what I really appreciate is how thorough and careful they were. They did an incredibly professional job. Needless to say I am extremely satisfied.
