I hated dealing with them so much, I left. 1st they lose my granddaughters savings account, taking $10.00 a month out because they couldn't contact me. THAT account had same SSN and address as my other 3, buy apparently they were too lazy to check that, or to dumb to know how to. Now they make ME write to THEM to tell THEM I do not want them sharing MY INFORMATION with other Marketing companies!!! I thought Credit Unions were for the little people, but here they are selling us out!!! I left and went to another, BETTER Credit Union.

I always have a checking and savings account at one bank. I put most of my money in my savings and when a check/debit comes in I can just make a simple transfer. I just opened both accounts here and if the money isn’t in your checking account they will charge you 30. Even if you have it and transfer it the same day!!! They don’t care. They said it’s ‘live’. Whatever that means. I never heard of such a policy. I will be closing my accounts as I cannot live under that regime. I don’t make much money so 30 bucks is a lot. I don’t like to keep all my money in my checking as it’s easier to spend it. I have a lot of debits and can’t keep track of them all so it’s easier to transfer the funds. I wish I had known this prior to opening my accounts
