We get our pasta party dinners catered by them all the time! The boys on the team always say we have the best pasta parties, and a large part is due to the delicious food we get here. The stuffed shells are amazing. The red sauce they use for marinara is tasty, zesty, thick and perfect to be soaked up with their scali bread. The chicken broccoli ziti gets finished every time! We never have left overs. And the tray of chicken fingers never lasts as well. They bring the stuff right out to your car in sturdy travel boxes and well wrapped and that keeps the food hot for at least 2 hours. Plus plenty of dessert options there. Honestly we have had about 3 or 4 pasta dinners the past 2 years for the soccer team and we never paid more than 400 dollars their. Much better than trying to cook and prepare and clean on your own.

I wouldnt keep to much longer than 3 days in the fridge, not that they are bad but they do loose something the longer you wait to eat them 😁

You can use it as a dry rub and let it sit in the fridge for at least a hour. I add about a 1/8 cup of good oil and brush both sides then refrigerate.
