This place has messed me over in more ways than one. I did a BBB complaint, so we will see what comes of that.

Rebecca came and gave us an estimate - she was very professional as well as knowledgeable. The windows are great quality - definitely recommend if you’re looking for something to last a lifetime.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. Quick to respond when I wanted a quote and demo, but crickets when I call about installation issues. The, what I assume was contracted out and not Champion employed, install team created minor interior damage that could be easily fixed by them. For 3 weeks now I have yet to hear from anyone at the Greensboro office. Their phone redirects straight to the corporate line and I have spoken with corporate customer service at least 4 times now, being reassured each time that someone from Greensboro will be in contact. I even went by the Greensboro office today to speak with someone in person because no one will return my calls. I went inside and the office was empty, except for one worker who said he was only there to lock up because everyone was out for lunch. I called the corporate line again and sat on hold for 30 minutes until I was finally forced to leave a message and end the call. Horrible experience! Follow-up: I was finally able to meet with the new service manager, Todd, near the end of July. He was actually very helpful and got a different install team out within a few days to get the window fixed. I was told the original install team was no longer being used, which is probably for the best. Todd and the new install team were easy to deal with and corrected the issue, which was created by a poor install job by the first crew.

Vinny with Champion came out to give us an estimate of our Windows 28 to be exact. He gave us a detailed explanation and demo of everything and how everything works and what the process would be. We ended up going with Champion. Made us feel secure and comfortable with the entire process. Will definitely recommend.

Measuring your windows is pretty straightforward, check out this video and follow the few easy steps! https://youtu.be/WlHcgbDWMuI
Hi Eva. As a 4 year veteran of the company I know first hand that we remove the entire old window and frame, both wooden or vinyl, and replace the whole window frame with a new frame and double hung sashes. Meaning the top sash can be titled in for cleaning purposes. We then insulate the new window and put all new aluminum window wraps, the white or tan trim around the outside of the window. Giving you and you're family a brand new window backed by a lifetime warrantiy on all the glass. I hope this helps.
Since a sliding window has two sashes, you will need to repeat the steps on both sides. Follow the steps in the video and see how to easily replace both sashes. https://youtu.be/350D8TnNUEo
It may seem intimidating, but in a few simple steps you can replace the sashes in your double-hung window. Check out the video to watch step-by-step instructions. https://youtu.be/350D8TnNUEo
