Went in for an oil change and they took forever. I was the first one came when no one was there and ended up being one of the last’s to leave. They said something was broke and they had to fix it by getting one thing from autozone and took almost 2 hours for an oil change.

I have purchased a set of tires twice from this location and purchased the replacement plan offered in addition. On two occasions, I went in for a flat tire repair. The first time I had to demand they honor the replacement plan because they didn't want to at first. The second time, the technician told me that they couldn't replace it because the tire was bald. He said he couldn't plug either because it was beyond repair. I went over to another shop and the tech told me the tire had plenty of tread still left on it (I agreed), and plugged it for $15. He further told me that he used to work for Walmart Tire Center and they will try to say anything to sell a new tire rather than honoring their replacement plan or plugging it. It must be a company-wide practice because he worked at a different location. Please see the picture. Bald? Shame on you Walmart...No integrity! You have lost a customer.
