I am not even sure if this office is still open. All mailbox lines all full, calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, appointments are not confirmed. Dr. Gannon may be a great doctor but it is impossible to see him with the way this office runs. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Was a patient for 20 years new medical staff so unprofessional so rude to me the day I went for injection I stuck up for myself and Dr Gannon waited till my two month check up after messing up my arm made me drive a hour after being checked in to discharge me so unprofessional it’s sad his practice is being ruined by certain staff getting my records And moving on I would not recommend going here now

Dr.Gannon is fantastic and the Nurse Practitioner however phones go to voice-mail unable to get through ,when your lucky you may get a person you explain purpose of your call which for the Dr and don't get a return call not to mention hung up on by staff who did answer phone after me trying for 4 days, Urinalysis procedures , I question false reports! I know it for sure. The staff need to be trained better office Manager extremely rude, and unprofessional very argumentative, towards patient as well as the one who sits at the front desk window she too has an attitude problem, and ANSWER THE PHONES! THIS IS A DR.OFFICE AND PATIENTS CANNOT GET THROUGH TO OFFICE. MESSAGES GO UNRETURNED. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT END OFFICE STAFF. What kind of Doctor's office doesn't answer phone's? This one, ridiculous.

Dr.Gannon is a miracle worker. I broke my rib and he gave me an injection into my rib area. He did it without having my X-ray of the location of the fracture. He just asked to show him where it hurt. Miraculously I didn’t have any more pain . Totally gone!!! Thank you Dr. Gannon!!!! If you’re having any types of pain don’t hesitate to make an appointment.

I have chronic nerve damage, and, incredible pains. Dr Gannon is absolutely,hands down, the Best!! I look forward to every appointment!! The staff is incredibly helpful,and knowledgeable. I recommend him to everyone that is going through any, and, all types of chronic pain!! 5 out of 5 stars!
I've known Dr. Gannon since he was an anesthesiologist at Jordan Hospital (now BID) decades ago in Plymouth. I trust him to read my MRIs as accurately or better than other doctors I have seen since 1987. He's extremely knowledgeable in the kinetics of my spine, joints and all other aspects of my nervous system. I have been a very difficult patient whereas I suffer from many, many different ailments from RA, Fibromyalgia, stenosis, disc ruptures & bulges and the all too familiar car accidents. Dr. Gannon has both moral fortitude and a steadfast conscience. If you're looking for pain meds - well, after thoroughly examining all treatments available - he will prescribe meds and increase them if necessary. His staff is competent, vibrant and personable. They're highly efficient, too! When I've needed a PA (prior authorization) the entire staff and physicians have been extremely efficient. Very knowledgeable, Rebecca Hall NP. is the hidden gem of this practice.
