The food has gone down hill. My bacon burger tasted like one from a school cafeteria. It wasn't juicy at all. More like a dense hockey puck. I ordered the sweet cream cold brew. It tasted like iced coffee with some half and half. Nothing sweet about it. I work in a coffee shop. There was something wrong with this coffee for sure. My kids ordered pancakes and sausage and they all got bacon instead. It wasn't busy at all (around 1:30pm) but service was super slow. There were maybe 5 other tables.

Terrible service, there was hardly anyone there and it took 15 minutes just to get a drink ordered. I should’ve known better than to stick around when the same hostess asked 3 times if I was there for a pickup order. Their tables were extremely dirty as well. Will never be going back to this Bob Evans again.
