I went in for a new iPhone and Apple watch. The staff greeted me right away and were happy to assist me. John the manager came over and made sure that I was being taken care of and introduced me to the current promotion saving me more money than I thought. Lancaster is a bit out of the way for me however I will make sure to come back to this location to be taken care of. Thanks!

Great convenience store location. The staff is always very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a problem with my phone it wouldn't update right and they figured it out no problems. Highly recommend this place is super helpful.

That was my experience. Scott didn't even wipe the screen off before putting the new screen protector on. Then when I complained wouldn't give me the packaging back stopped what he was doing and glared at me. Verizon needs to train their employees.

Not sure, they're relatively useless. Haven't been able to help me the last 2 times I've been there and wiped a memory card.
