Went in to check out phones to see what kind of prices they had. The gentleman was very extremely knowledgeable. As I don't get very good reception where I live he was kind enough to go through all and I mean all of the major carriers and he said all of them get pretty good reception there I just live in a dip LOL. I'd say under 20 minutes we were done and the phone wasn't in stock but that was okay I needed to wait until I was able to purchase it. All in all I left there with the good feeling more knowledgeable about phones and hopefully I'll have better luck with this one, I want to thank the gentleman for going but above and beyond I'm so sorry I don't remember your name but you were the only one working in that area about 5:00 Saturday July 30th

Was in line and a very elderly man came in for assistance. He had a tablet for 2 years and said it was running slow and asked the gentleman at the counter for some help. The worker is helpful and begins explaining to the elderly man how to delete unnecessary stuff off of his tablet to help it run faster. His manager JOSH comes over and cuts in, telling the employee that if the old man isn’t buying anything that they can’t help him. I felt so bad watching the employee just wanting to help this person and the scummy manager Josh instead had this old man buy a new 400$ tablet and talked him up to a 200 dollar yearly subscription!! Literally disgusting and so unfortunate to see how the MANAGERS run this business to drain innocent people of money

From beginning to end great experience! Anthony was nice and helpful for finding a printer cartridge and Brenda helped me check out and update my information. The entire visit was fast and efficient! I always love the service at Best buy in Lancaster!!!

We purchase all of our electronics here. The staff are extremely tech savy and honest about the products. They don't sell it if they know I don't need all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend getting the Geek Squad support package. Totally worth the investment
